Flower Milos Terms & Conditions 2021
1. Products may be delivered in bud stage to ensure longer life.
2. In the event of supply difficulties, we will substitute flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
3. We try to keep the representation of the colors of our products as accurate as possible. However, due to the inconsistencies of display monitors along with the natural variations of our products, the colors you see on your screen are intended only as guide.
4. We reserve the right to change any of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability.
5. No cancellation of fully paid orders.

- Makati - FREE
- Taguig, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Pasig - Php500 delivery fee
- Manila, San Juan, Quezon City, Parañaque - Php800 delivery fee
1. We only deliver in selected cities within Metro Manila. For outside our service area, you may opt to have it delivered via Lalamove (MPV) and we'll be the one to arrange the booking and add the delivery fee on top of the total amount to pay.
2. We have two delivery batches, you may choose to have your order delivered either in the AM (9:00AM to 12:00NN) and in the PM (1:00PM to 5:00PM).
3. Note that due to volume of orders, traffic and other conditions, delivery method are subject to change without prior notice but we will make sure that your order will be dispatched in its freshest state.
4. We offer FREE delivery within Makati City. For areas within and nearby Metro Manila, let us know your delivery choice ahead of time. You may book a third party delivery service or our team will book for you at an additional cost.
5. Store pick-up is highly encouraged to ensure you get your arrangements at your preferred time.
